Are you ready to shake up the hair-care industry? Our innovative start-up is looking for a COO (Chief Operating Officer) to transform the hair-care industry. I'm looking for highly organized, person of action to work directly with me, the CEO. I need someone who gets things done! . You will be considered second in command. The prototype is complete, patents are in place, and I'm about to begin the manufacturing process. Ready to help me build the best brand ever?!

Responsibilities:

Take charge and lead.
Overseeing the company's day-to-day operations.
Setup and execute our company's business plan.
Communicate with the bookkeeper and business advisor to oversee the company's finances.
Oversee the contracts and payments for vendors.
Prepare reports for the CEO on the day-to-day activities
Interact with the product developer and ensure that he delivers his work.
Communicate with legal and supervise the design and utility patents.
Responsible for managing the OEM/Integrator of product production and manufacturing.
Oversee the development, manufacturing and shipping of products from overseas.
Coordinating communication between suppliers, freight forwarders & shipping companies.
Oversee the marketing team. This includes packaging design, market testing, website and the production of commercial films.
Work on building a social media strategy.
Help hire and work with a PR team.
Oversee product launch.
Human resource development.
Eventually oversee the sales team operations.
Eventually build up customer experience team and customer support.
Qualifications:

Must be knowledgeable in the manufacturing.
Overseas manufacturing experience.
Experience making a physical product.
Marketing/PR experience.
Has both business and management expertise.
Extensive experience in the practices, policies, and procedures of product manufacturing and sales.
