Successful, outside the box, rapidly growing law office serving families is looking for a sharp (PLEASE be realistic here) law office Relationship Manager and Client Services Director. As our Relationship Manager and Client Services Director, your primary objectives will be to increase the number of new referrals coming into our firm from your connections with our referral sources, prospects and clients and to take such great care of our clients through the planning process that they can't help but refer everyone they know.

You'll know you are being successful in this role if referral sources, prospects and clients give our firm 5-star reviews and refer everyone they know to our office. And, if we are increasing the number of new prospects we meet with each month.

The right person will become an important part of our intense, but fun group, for the long-term. You WILL learn a tremendous amount about business, entrepreneurship, networking and marketing, if you are interested. If this sounds exciting to you, you might be THE ONE.

This job starts as a part-time, salaried position with and will quickly grow into full time as the practice grows, based on clearly defined metrics. Our office is located in Suffolk County close to Long Island's beautiful South Shore. We are open typical business hours, and you will be expected to work the bulk of your hours within that time frame.

You MUST be able to handle working with several different databases of prospect and client data to manage the process from someone being interested in our services, to coming in for an initial appointment, to hiring us and then getting their plan completed. One of your most critical and immediate jobs will be to learn, understand and master the systems that have contributed to our success. It's vital that all our clients have the same "Wow!" experience.

Of course, proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected; knowledge of Power Point, Clio, and Infusionsoft e-mail marketing software is a big plus. You must be comfortable learning other software applications as well.

You will need to know how to figure things out on your own, manage the outcomes and be able to creatively problem-solve situations. And, if you are above putting paper in the copier or replacing the empty water cooler jug, this is NOT the job for you.

Part of this job includes greeting our clients, making coffee, greeting prospects and clients, scheduling appointments, attending networking events and learning our systems/processes so that you can effectively show & communicate "how we're different" to prospective clients and referral sources.

The other part of this job involves staying in touch with our clients and referral sources and building rapport with them, to continue building on our relationships with them, and supporting our marketing and community education efforts.

You must be able to think on your feet and make smart decisions; as well as being able to learn from your mistakes. If you cannot do these things or if you take constructive critique personally, please do not apply.
