Hours: 9am-6pm (flexible for occasional overtime)

We are looking for a Business Management and Marketing Coordinator to provide direct support to the Chief Operating Officers ; with a focus on executing a variety of business management functions and generating content for and coordinating production of presentations to existing/prospective Clients.

Responsibilities of the Business Management and Marketing Coordinator:
- Execute and oversee a variety of business management functions
- Manage production and generate content for internal and external presentations and pitch materials, which responsibilities will include analyzing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
- Maintain accuracy of databases used to track and effectively execute a variety of marketing and business development/management functions
- Conduct research on existing and prospective clients, competitor activity, and industry and market trends to aid in the development of marketing plans and client-facing materials
- Perform regular website updates relating to the various business lines, including individual biographies, news, and events
- Assist with social media-related projects, including client alerts, the firm's blog, and LinkedIn/Twitter/Instagram accounts
- Manage the calendar for marketing, client-facing and business development/ management related initiatives
- Secure business travel bookings and reservations, including coordination with travel service providers
- Perform special projects as needed, that may include, among other things, invitation lists for parties, event planning and holiday gifts/cards

Requirements of the Business Management and Marketing Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree required, a major in marketing or graphic design a plus
- 2-5 years' experience in a professional services environment required
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a MUST (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Acess)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Problem solving skills and resourcefulness required
- Knowledge of social media platforms required
- Experience in content updates and editing desired
- Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
