We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional spaces for our clients. This role requires a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bring clients' visions to life.
Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget constraints - Develop design concepts that align with clients' goals and requirements - Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to present design ideas - Select furniture, fixtures, color schemes, and accessories for each project - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure designs are implemented accurately - Oversee the installation of design elements and provide on-site support as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in interior design principles and practices - Knowledge of building codes and regulations - Experience in lighting design, remodeling, and color theory - Strong budgeting skills to manage project costs effectively - Proficient in interior design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and CAD - Excellent sales skills to pitch design concepts and secure projects
