A small construction office in Central Islip is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays may be required during busy seasons.
Responsibilities:
Ordering office supplies
Answering phones
Filing documents
Invoicing
Light cleaning
General office duties as needed
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to write clear and professional emails and letters
Personable, organized, and detail-oriented
Preferred (not required):
Spanish-speaking ability
