We are a production company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with 5+ years of similar office experience. This role provides essential day-to-day administrative support. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, confident, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate must have the following qualifications:
* Good to excellent typing skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Strong organizational skills and time-management skills
* Strong verbal and communication skills
* Detailed-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask
* Team player with a positive, flexible attitude
Responsibilities and Expectations include, but are not limited to:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the two partners and team members
* Prepare contracts, type and revise proposals and timelines
* Answer phones, print and respond to emails, and communicate professionally with clients, vendors and team members
* Schedule in office, out of office meetings and site visits in Outlook and date book
* Greet clients and make them comfortable
* Organize and maintain computer and physical filing systems
* Order and maintain office supplies
* Input and update client information, event details, invoices, and spreadsheets accurately
Position Details:
* 40 hours per week
* In-office full time position
