47 Year old Audio-Visual Systems Integration Company seeking administrative assistant to work in a small office environment.

Required skills:
• Book keeping experience preferred should be able to manage finances and have experience in billing and accounts payable.
• Good communications skills.
• Office supply ordering and delivery scheduling.
• Electronic and paper file maintenance.
• Typical administrative tasks such as phones, proposal/spreadsheet creation and scanning.
• Should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Adobe and other day to day tools.

The position offered is fulltime with benefits.

We would also consider a part-time position with flexible days/ hours for the right candidate who's schedule might require some flexibility.
