Established and growing insurance brokerage agency seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional for a full-time, in-office role. Responsibilities
Manage daily communication and workflow with clients and insurance carriers via phone and email
Provide rapid, courteous customer support to clients, vendors, and internal team
Create, edit, and send reports, contracts, and forms for electronic signature
Supervise accuracy and administration of contracts and documents
Enter and maintain accurate data in internal databases
Follow up on missing documentation within appropriate timelines
Assist with general office administration and workflow coordination as needed
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with clear, professional verbal and written communication
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
Comfort learning and working within computer programs, databases, and online platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
