Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish Preferred) – Shirley, NY

Schedule: Monday – Saturday (6 days per week)
Compensation: Competitive; based on experience
We are a well-established roofing, chimney, and siding contractor seeking a dependable, motivated, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and preferably have experience in the roofing, construction, or home improvement industry.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments.
Coordinate with technicians and estimators throughout the day.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records.
Prepare daily work schedules for technicians.
File and organize office documents.
Provide excellent customer service and respond professionally to customer inquiries.
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for daily office tasks.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or office administrative experience preferred.
Experience in the roofing, chimney, siding, or construction industry is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy office.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
