We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and organized Part-Time Office Clerk to assist with the daily operations of our office. This position is crucial for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace while facilitating effective communication among customers, vendors, and internal staff.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, capable of multitasking, and comfortable managing administrative, customer service, and shipping-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a clean, organized, and fully stocked office environment
Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary
Track and manage supply orders from placement to delivery
Schedule and record customer meetings and appointments in the company calendar
Communicate with vendors to acquire pricing, quotes, availability, and lead times
Assist with customer inquiries promptly and courteously
Assist with general administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Capability to communicate clearly and professionally
Basic computer proficiency (email, calendar, spreadsheets, ordering systems)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience with Quickbooks is a plus.
