THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE!

Position Overview:
As a Dispatch/Reservations supervisor, you will be an integral part of our operations, handling reservations and coordinating transportation services for clients. Your responsibilities will involve managing reservations, ensuring accuracy, and delivering impeccable customer service to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally.
Coordinate ground transportation services for clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking arrangements.
Provide personalized recommendations and solutions tailored to clients' specific needs and preferences.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, client preferences, and special requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services and address any client concerns or special requirements.
Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or reservation handling in the hospitality, travel, or luxury service industry is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
