The big tripod is for a 75mm head (the one included in this bundle or your own). Very tall and rock solid.
The Magnus is also very tall, almost brand new, nice tripod.
The third tripod legs are smaller and heavily used (for lighter cameras).

The bags can be for the tripods or light stands, random video/audio gear and accessories. (The bigger nylon case can turn into a backpack with its straps which pop out from a pocket, very useful.)
