Hello! We are seeking a reliable sales associate to provide excellent customer service and assist with sales and front-of-store operations.
• Greet and assist customers as they enter the shop
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service in person and over the phone
• Answer incoming phone calls and customer emails
• Take and ring up orders using POS systems
• Process cash and card payments accurately
• Keep the front of the store clean, organized, and presentable
• Assist with flower and supply inventory as needed
• Work closely with floral designers to support daily operations
• Help wrap arrangements and prepare orders for pickup or delivery
• Reliable, responsible, friendly, and personable
• Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed
