Sales associates play a key role in the daily operations. This individual is responsible for front-of-house, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining store standards and exceptional customer service standards, driving retail efficiency, and handling deliveries by following proper protocols and procedures. Budtenders act as the point person on the floor and ensures a smooth, compliant, and professional customer experience. Must have full availability including evenings and weekends. Bilingual candidates preferred, working knowledge or fluency in Spanish. Ability to travel to Williamsburg, BK to our sister store for training 1x/mo is necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to multitask, be organized
- Computer skills–excel, and POS knowledge
- Customer service, problem solving, good/open communication skills.
- Money handling and inventory management
- Leading by example
- Keep sales floor displays accurate at all times; prices, brands, descriptions etc
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 21 years of age or older
- Passionate about customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous retail, hospitality, supermarket, restaurant or cannabis experience a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
