Hi, my name is Sabrina and I’m kind of in a pickle. It turns out that my old lady landlord has not been paying the mortgage or the bills with my rent money for about a year and a half now and it turned out. She filed for bankruptcy in 2022, so now I have about three months to find a place. I’m very quiet and respectful. I almost never have company over if I do it for an hour I have a 7 pound Shih Tzu named Sophie. She’s a good girl very sweet and very trained and smart and super friendly. I’m trying to not spend so much on this so they’re cheaper than better lol no Broker fee. I want this to the owner first months run first month security and keep the place very clean and I’m kind of in a real jam right now so I decided to make this post and see if I got any feedback whether it’s from Suffolk Nassau or Queens I’m open to anything right now thank you so much
