I am looking for a roommate to fill a furnished queen bedroom with its own TV and walk-in closet for an annual lease beginning December 1. You would have your own bath plus a loft w couch and chairs. The bedroom has a table, chair and strong internet for remote work. There is also a twin guest room for occasional guests. The kitchen is a Viking kitchen and fully stocked with all pans, spices, dish and glassware. There is a large deck off of the dining room with furniture and grill. There is a huge cellar that has a NordicTrack incline/treadmill as well as A Total Gym XLS system (besides the washer & dryer, that can both do two loads at the same time). All linens provided as well as monthly cleaning service, all household supplies (except food) and all utilities. The condo complex has a pool and basketball court, as well as plenty of parking. There are free pickle ball courts up the road.4 miles away. Bay beach is 2.5 miles away and ocean beaches are 5 miles away. Available Dec 1 for 1 year. Annual rent is $1500 a month with a $1500 security deposit. Well behaved dogs are very welcome!!! References and credit score required. TEXTS AND EMAILS ONLY.
