A growing microbiology contract testing laboratory in the Hauppauge area is seeking two key team members for part-time or full-time roles. The first position is for a Microbiologist with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in science and a minimum of one year of hands-on microbiology laboratory experience. The second position is for a Laboratory Associate in Microbiology Lab, open to both entry-level and experienced candidates holding an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field. The ideal candidate for this versatile role must be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and willing to handle a dynamic mix of technical writing (SOPs and reports), customer service (client communication and sample intake), and hands-on laboratory support.
