As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales within the financial services sector. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be engaging with potential clients through outbound and warm calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on B2B sales to “C” level executives. Utilize your communication and customer service skills to effectively engage prospects. Leverage your negotiation expertise to close deals and drive revenue. Track leads and manage customer interactions using CRM software, including Salesforce.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the P&C Insurance, Health/Life Insurance, or Financial Services industry. A background in insurance is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Compensation and Benefits:
Earn high commissions with a weekly draw. First-year earnings range from $75K to $100K. Opportunity to grow your income by at least 25% annually. Build ongoing relationships to earn high residual income.
