PurElements is a growing infrastructure solutions company specializing in commercial drinking water systems, sustainability initiatives, and facility support services for government, education, healthcare, and commercial clients.
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager who can help expand our footprint across the NY Metro market by generating opportunities, building relationships, and helping close new business.
What You’ll Do:
-Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, LinkedIn, email outreach, and relationship building
Schedule meetings and site surveys with facilities directors, procurement teams, property managers, schools, hospitals, and commercial accounts
-Help manage proposal follow-up and pipeline activity
-Maintain CRM and sales tracking
-Coordinate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives
-Support expansion into government, education, healthcare, and commercial infrastructure sectors
Ideal Candidate:
-Strong communication and people skills
-Self-motivated and organized
-Comfortable with outreach and relationship building
-Experience in B2B sales, facilities, water, HVAC, construction, sustainability, or government contracting is a plus
-CRM and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace experience preferred
-Must be driven and hungry to grow with a company
