One of kind castered modular low to high pressure pneumatic unit that does all the above quickly and very easily .Does much more than a Hess Mobil at a fraction of the price. Optional heated platen can be installed(if you need that I can explain process). Currently set up to do up to 96" L x 60" H x 2" W+(simple caul modification allows for wider stock to utilized) Machine is about 18" Deep on caster base and approx 8' L x 6 1/2' H. Can be disassembled. Upper floating platen is post tensioned for cambering so pressure is even along length. Pneumatic by pass release valve. Over head moving platen is counterbalanced(adjustable).Vertical pressure bar locks with clutch plates on four solid steel columns. Easy single point central four column locking heads release. Any compressor air supply or even a portable air tank will work. Can tweak pressure easily with adjustable pressure gauge from a mere few pounds to over 8 tons + pressure !! Sliding centralizers place panel or boards in center of pressure so no buckling/bowing occurs as would happen with bar clamps if not under/over.
Made as a full working prototype in our own high end precision tool,die and machining shop along with my full woodworking operation for testing.
