Porter Cable USA made really solid tools and this powerful little router is no exception. Would be great as a powerhead for a multi axis CNC rig as it won't bog down like the underpowered/over-rated Chinese routers that are sold under good names. I originally bought this in the early 90s for the slitter kit which worked great for making matching seams in laminated plastic, wood and metal veneers. The tools were never used in a commercial capacity and were always well maintained.
