Material: Carbon steel with zinc plating for moderate corrosion resistance in indoor/dry environments; not ideal for outdoor or high-moisture areas (use stainless versions for those).
Design: One-piece body with internal threads and expansion mechanism—insert into hole, then drive a setting tool (sold separately) to expand the anchor against the hole walls for 360-degree grip. Lipped edge prevents over-insertion and ensures flush mounting; knurled exterior enhances friction.
