About the Role
Ciuffo Cabinetry is seeking a highly organized and proactive full-time Installation & Field Operations Coordinator to support the daily coordination of our field installation teams. This role serves as a central point of communication among the Executive Team, Design Team, Production Shop, and Field Installers to help ensure installations, service calls, deliveries, and field logistics run smoothly and professionally. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the Executive Team, Design Team, and Production Shop to create and maintain the daily schedule for field installers
• Communicate regularly with installers in the field to provide updates, confirm schedules, and adjust plans as needed
• Coordinate with jobsite personnel, contractors, and other project stakeholders as required
• Schedule, track, and manage client service calls with professionalism, responsiveness, and strong communication
• Help direct company drivers and coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and other field-related logistics
• Help track installation progress, note schedule changes, and communicate updates back to the appropriate internal teams
• Maintain meticulous records of installer assignments, service requests, job updates, and scheduling changes
• Assist in coordinating punch list work, return visits, and follow-up service items
• Help oversee company field vehicles, including tracking vehicle assignments, keys, toll passes, maintenance scheduling, inspections, and general vehicle readiness

• Experience in construction, installation, and logistics coordination
