What We’re Looking For
-General construction, framing, or carpentry experience (deck experience preferred but not required)
-Strong work ethic and dependability
-Ability to read and follow basic construction drawings and plans
-Commitment to safety and professional behavior on job sites
-Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather
Preferred: experience working with deck materials

-Work on building custom decks, from framing to finishing
-Follow plans accurately and maintain high-quality craftsmanshipKeep job sites organized, safe, and professional
-Operate efficiently while assisting and collaborating with crew
