Busy auto body shop seeking a reliable, organized, and self-motivated Administrative / Office Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and great/assist customers
Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle pick-ups
Process billing and collect payments
Manage customer records and data entry
Assist with insurance claims and claim-related documentation
Check in and track vehicles throughout the repair process
General office and administrative support
Qualifications:
Insurance claims experience preferred
Auto body or automotive office experience preferred
Experience with Excel
Comfortable using computers and office applications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
