We are a local tech startup building a tool to assist with complex mechanical diagnostics. To do this, we need to see how experts like you solve problems in the field.
PROJECT SCOPE: We are hiring technicians to capture First-Person View (POV) footage of their daily repair work.
Equipment: We ship you a kit containing Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses ($329 value).
Task: Wear them during your regular service calls (HVAC, Espresso, Commercial Kitchen, Lab Equipment).
Compensation: You receive $50 per verified video upload (paid via Venmo/Zelle).
THE RETAINER: If you successfully upload 5 quality repair videos, the Smart Glasses are yours to keep as a signing bonus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 3+ Years professional experience required. We need pros who know what they are looking at.
Trade: Must work on complex mechanical or electrical systems (No general handyman work).
Independence: No dispatch or scheduling. You integrate this into your existing workflow.
