Customer Service Representative – Medical Transportation

Busy medical transportation company seeking a dependable, professional Customer Service Representative. This is a fast-paced office position assisting customers, medical offices, drivers, and dispatch with scheduling and trip updates.
Duties include answering phones, scheduling and confirming rides, entering trip information, communicating with drivers and healthcare offices, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Organized and able to multitask
• Basic computer/data entry experience
• Customer service experience preferred
• Transportation, dispatch, or healthcare experience is a plus
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM start, 8-10 hour shift, overtime available.
