Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Roll‑Off Driver to operate roll‑off dumpster trucks with automatic transmissions for construction, residential, and commercial customers. The ideal candidate is safety‑focused, professional, and comfortable operating in busy job sites and residential neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
Safely operate roll‑off dumpster trucks to deliver, pick up, and swap containers
Secure loads properly and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report any mechanical issues
Accurately complete tickets, logs, and daily paperwork (paper or digital)
Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and job site personnel
Place dumpsters according to company and municipal regulations (wood blocks, proper placement, etc.)
Maintain a clean and safe vehicle at all times
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
Valid Class B CDL
Clean driving record
Roll‑off experience preferred
Ability to safely operate trucks in tight spaces and on uneven ground
Knowledge of DOT rules and local weight limits
Punctual, dependable, and safety‑minded
