Come stay in our updated Venetian Bay Villages spacious, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse, in safe and secure, a gated community, right in the heart of the Walt Disney World area of Kissimmee, in central Florida, USA?
A family of up to 10 will have ample space for everyone. We are now taking reservations for the rest of 2025 and all of 2026.
(7 day minimum stay, 14 day maximum stay, at a rate of $142.00/night, holiday weeks are higher priced $165.00/night.)
This includes all Florida Taxes and Fees.

Our 1470 sq. ft. Townhouse, which sleeps up to 10 people, at the one low rental price, includes one main floor bedroom (handicap accessible) with a King size bed, and a private bath/Jacuzzi, a tiled Living area with High-Speed Wireless Internet, Cable TV. One sofa pulls out for a Full Size sleeper bed. A spacious Dining area and Kitchen (fully supplied with appliances, dishes and all eating/cooking utensils) and a, free for guest use, Washer and Dryer. Through the living area is a slider door that opens to the outside wrap-around covered porch.
The Upper level has three bedrooms. The Main upper bedroom has a Queen size bed, dressers Cable TV and includes a private bath. The two other upper bedrooms have two twin beds each, Cable TV's and dressers. One has the Nintendo Mini gaming system with 20 classic Nintendo games included. An additional Bathroom is located on this upper level. We have supplied, for your free use, a child's Port-a-crib in our townhouse.
Venetian Bay Village is a Gated Resort Community with a Private Lake, a Recreation/Fitness Center, 4 Pools, Playgrounds, Tennis Court, Volleyball, Basketball, Picnic Areas, Game Room with pool table, air hockey, pinball and video machines, a Business Center with wireless high-speed Internet, computers and printers "for guest use" and an On-Site Car Wash facility.

The townhouse is fully furnished in tasteful decorations, wood furniture, all bedding/sleeping linens, bath towels and all the kitchen cooking and dining materials you may need to eat in or you may choose to go to the many restaurants or take-out places as we are only 1 block off the famous route 192 strip (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway/Vine Street). The community is located only blocks away from a Super Walmart Center, a Super Target Shopping Center and many other restaurants, fast food shopping and souvenir stores.
We are Very Close to all the Walt Disney World Parks, Sea World, Aquatica Water Park and Discovery Cove, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and other Parks, LEGOLAND Florida, Medieval Times Dinner Theater, Gatorland Park and many other Orlando attractions. Our 4 Bedroom Townhouse is located 8 miles from Walt Disney World and 15 miles from the Universal group of parks.

We are Located off N. Hoagland Blvd (also called N. Airport Rd/W. Carroll St.), between Osceola Parkway and Route 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) for easy access to Route 4, Orlando International Airport and all Orlando attractions.
