I need help getting a Defamatory video removed from Youtube and Tic Toc ASAP (Brookhaven)

Now you can say to me, try this or try that, but as stated above, trust me, I have already tried it. According to several sources and after doing a lot of research, I need what I believe to be is one of the following...
1. A Company that specializes in this field and can guarantee that this horrible video will be removed or my money back
2. A "black hat" hacker. Even though removing the video would actually be doing the right thing, and justified and also not illegal, the technical know-how is still required and necessary to get the job done.
3. A "White hat" hacker. Same as above, but the main difference is this type of computer specialist will accept more forms of payment
For privacy reasons I would rather not explain the entire situation here, therefore I am requesting that only for the person (or company) who is (are) capable of doing this for me to contact me via phone.
Please note: I am not looking to get scammed so if you can't call me and have a normal discussion with me, This isn't for you. and no, I am NOT with law enforcement, or anything of the sort. Im just a person who really got screwed over and out of all honesty, is out of options.
Again and I cant stress this enough, Please do not waste my time by calling me and trying to give me advise. I have heard it all and been there and done that. At this point I need the video removed. Point, Blank, Period.

I just want to mention that one of the calls I got which I couldn’t quite understand. It was from someone who thought that I myself posted the video and that I was having trouble removing my own video, which is absolutely ridiculous. No obviously another party posted this video and it needs to come down. It needs to be done. It needs to be finished. It is ruining my reputation. It is ruining my business. It needs to removed from the Internet and guaranteed to never be put back up again. That’s it.
