If you want this job, there are a few rules that must be followed. Absolutley no compromises. Understand this clearly. There are reasons I have to do this. I am confident that once you read my terms, you will figure out very quickly why they are in place. If you feel you could help me that's wonderful but if you do not agree to my terms, that's your choice and I wish you luck. With that said let's begin.
First and foremost, The Job:
THE JOB: The job is very simple. There is a video on YouTube (and possibly other social media platforms) that needs to be removed and as part of the agreement, you need to make sure the video(s) cannot be put back up again, or if the video(s) are put back up again, I do not have to pay again for you to take it down. Either situation will be fine. This same rule applies to any and all videos found online. Please note, it is the same video posted by the same people(s) just in many places.
Next, The Rules....
RULE 1: I am not paying a single dime until the job is finished. There is no deposit there is no nothing. This is because These videos have been up for quite sometime and I have had people promise me that they will take care of the problem. In the end, the only thing they took care of was taking my money. Please note, this has happened to me not once, BUT TWICE. I would be a fool to allow it to happen again, as the saying goes... fool me once...
Now, unlike the scoundrels who did this to me, I, on the other hand, am a man of my word and can be trusted. So when I say you will be paid in full, you can take that to the bank. As far as the amount paid goes, that is for us to discuss. I only ask that once we come up with a number and agree upon it, that amount should stand. Meaning, if you have experience with the task at hand you should already have an idea what the job will cost prior to starting it correct? All this should be taken into consideration during the negotiation process. Asking for additional funds after an amount has already been agreed upon even if your half way through the job will simply result in me saying "thank you for your help, your services are no longer needed"
RULE 2: you must be willing to talk to me on the phone first. I'm sorry, but I'm not interested in people who don't know how to have a normal conversation with me so I can explain the situation and they could explain to me how they can help me. I know we live in a world of text messages and I don't mind texting you AFTER our initial conversation. If you send me a text message without calling me first I don't care if you actually can help me your text will be ignored and your number will be blocked. That's it.
RULE 3: I am not interested in ANY ADVICE. These Defamatory videos has been up for over three years. And if I'm being completely honest, I had consultations with two different lawyers who both told me the same thing. It could take years of litigation. It'll be very expensive and there's no guarantee the videos will come down. You're better off finding a hacker of some sort. (Yes, you read right, two different attorneys told me this) and That's exactly why I'm here. So please do not call me to offer advice. I'll just hang up on you. No offense but you would just be wasting my time. Same thing with texting, which doesn't make a difference anyway, because that goes back to rule number two.
RULE 4: Once the job is completed, and you could prove that the job has been completed. you will be paid in full. If you want me to meet you somewhere and give you cash, I will do that. If you want me to pay you by Cash app or PayPal or Venmo I will do that. If you want me to pay you in crypto I will do that but I have to be honest, I don't know how to pay somebody in crypto so you may have to show me. Keep this in mind; Your expertise is invaluable. You are doing a GOOD THING by helping your fellow man out. and remember, as stated above and I can't stress this enough, I'm a man of my word and if you complete the task successfully, you will be paid very handsomely. 100%
