The measurements are on the pics. Powdered coated ..only 1 or 2..are pitted. But still usable looks great. Can't tell once the tires are on. ..remember its nearly 100 yr old wheels.. Worked great before being coated.. had them for spares. Cash. Is the deal....no layaway plans. ..could do some trades..lmk what you have..
